1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using The Apostolic Pulse ("TAP"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use TAP. By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement. While users who meet the age requirements are welcome to join, this platform is specifically designed to feature content reflecting Apostolic beliefs and practices. By using the app, you acknowledge and agree to this core aspect of the community.

3. Community Standards

TAP is a faith-based community. You agree not to post content that:

• Is hateful, harassing, or discriminatory.
• Contains spam, misinformation, or fraudulent content.
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Is sexually explicit or otherwise inappropriate for a faith community.

4. Community Conduct

The Apostolic Pulse is intended to be a safe and peaceful space where every member can benefit and grow spiritually through the content provided. To preserve this environment, all users are expected to engage with one another in a spirit of respect and edification.

Accordingly, the following behaviors are discouraged and may result in content removal or account suspension:

• Engaging in contentious theological debates intended to provoke or divide.
• Making snide remarks, sarcastic innuendos, or passive-aggressive comments directed at other users or their beliefs.
• Repeated conduct that disrupts the peaceful nature of the platform community.

TAP administrators reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts of individuals who do not adhere to these conduct guidelines, at their sole discretion.

5. Statement of Faith

The Apostolic Pulse acknowledges that there are many churches and organizations with diverse interpretations of Scripture. While we respect the breadth of the broader Christian community, this platform is rooted in the Apostolic faith.

Specifically, TAP is built upon the belief that in order to enter into God's kingdom, each person must:

• Repent of their sins. (Mark 1:15 KJV)
• Be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins (Acts 2:38 KJV). (John 3:5 KJV)
• Be filled with the Holy Spirit, evidenced by speaking in other tongues. (Acts 2:1-4 KJV)
• Strive for holiness. (Hebrews 12:14 KJV)

This statement reflects the theological foundation of the platform and informs the nature of its content, community, and purpose.

6. Biblical Gender Standards

By using this application, users acknowledge and agree that this community operates in accordance with biblical principles, defining gender exclusively as male and female. While we extend love and respect to all individuals, we do not adhere to ideologies that diverge from these established standards. Users who do not agree with this principle are free to choose whether to use the platform, but our community standards will remain unchanged.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant TAP a non-exclusive license to display and distribute your content within the platform. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or does not align with the community's biblical principles.

8. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

9. Reporting and Moderation

TAP users may report inappropriate content or behavior through our in-app reporting mechanism. Upon investigation, administrators may remove content, hide posts, or suspend accounts that violate these terms, at their sole discretion. We may report illegal activity to appropriate authorities.

Consequences for violations include:

• Content removal or restriction
• Temporary account suspension
• Permanent account termination
• Referral to law enforcement for illegal activity

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

TAP is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or the accuracy of user-generated content, including prayer requests, testimonies, or events.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TAP and its administrators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the app, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

TAP reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these terms, engage in harmful conduct, or if we determine that your use of the platform conflicts with our community values and biblical principles. Upon termination, your access to the app will be immediately revoked.
